Respecting the great secular tradition of Gragnano, we produce every day, under the watchful eye of our excellent pasta maker, Pasta di Gragnano IGP of the highest quality. We select the best durum wheat semolina that is mixed only with fresh water from the very pure - millenary - sources of Gragnano, with a lot of passion, care and skill.

 

Each of our formats is drawn slowly only with bronze dies, as history teaches, which give an extraordinary roughness to the Pasta; we dry only at low temperature, in static cells, very slowly, to further enhance the excellent quality of the over 30 formats of our production, unique, tasty, fragrant, with constant human control at all stages.

 

We are a cutting-edge pasta factory with an important production capacity. We guarantee continuous, constant supplies, even large ones, 12 months a year, of Excellent Pasta di Gragnano PGI to all customers of the Italian and foreign distribution who aim to present a product of remarkable quality PGI Pasta on their markets, without risking stock outages especially during the holidays, being able to argue with tranquility and satisfaction the sale of a product of great importance, retaining the end consumer who will no longer be able to do without it, especially in moments of personal gratification of the palate and all parties with friends..
